Common questions
Does Audify have crossfade and gapless playback?
Yes to both. Crossfade is adjustable from 0.5 to 12 seconds (default 3s), and gapless playback is always on when crossfade is turned off.
Can Audify boost volume above the system maximum?
Yes. A volume boost raises output from 100% up to 300% for quiet tracks or low-output headphones. Use higher levels sparingly to avoid distortion.
Does Audify support ReplayGain?
Not tag-based ReplayGain. Instead Audify offers real-time loudness normalization that targets a consistent level (−14 LUFS) as tracks play. It is off by default and can be toggled in Settings.
